Soaked carpet in a commercial meeting room.

Early one morning, the maintenance director for a large commercial building, walked into their meeting room to find that the carpet was squishy and wet. A pipe in an adjacent wall had broken and poured out gallons of water into the meeting room. From the look of it you couldn't even tell, but the second you touched or stepped foot on it, you could hear the slosh of the excess water. Our team was on site within the hour to begin extracting water and placing fans to dry out the room as soon as possible. They had their meeting room back in working condition within days and could carry on with their important business meetings.
