A hand written letter from a customer We often receive hand written letters from our customers. It really makes our day!

We would like to take a moment and reflect on and celebrate the many, many, five star reviews we have received on Yelp this year. We are always so excited to hear of the great experiences our customers had with our team and services. Our employees have been very proactive in requesting customers to leave us positive reviews and in turn our customers have been amazingly receptive to leaving them for us.  Our customers have even taken the time to "shout out" specific employees in their reviews who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and our franchise began rewarding employees for being named in reviews.  It has been a very positive year for Yelp reviews for us and we are hoping to receive even more reviews as the year progresses.

Equipment and machinery in warehouse We are capable of large sized jobs. We have all the proper equipment and machines to take care of it right the first time!

When the rains comes pouring down in sunny southern California, our phone calls flood in. 

It's one thing to receive a phone call for a job but can we handle it? My answer to you is YES absolutely!! Our 25,000 square foot warehouse is full of hundreds of pieces of equipment. 

Our business started as one truck with a few pieces of equipment and two employees. It has since grown into a restoration beast. The amount of equipment we harbor along with the amount of trained personnel, we are able to handle any size job, any day of the week. What sets us apart from other restoration companies is our size and ability to handle a job no matter the size along with the guarantee that you are getting expert advice because our employees are constantly continuing their education and becoming certified in the damage restoration industry.

We recently received an overwhelmingly nice Yelp review today from a customer that had a large flood in their home about a month ago.  The customer was so very grateful for our service that they took the time to list and thank every single one of our employees who worked on their home.  It was incredibly nice of them to not only take the time to leave us a review but also recognize every single employee.

So with that in mind, this blog is dedicated to all our customers who have taken the time to leave us an online review or refer us to a friend or drop off something for the staff to say thank you.  We have had the pleasure of helping so many customers that have showed us their appreciation in one way or the other, so we in turn, would like to show our appreciation to them.

SERVPRO trucks lined up. We can make it to jobs faster because we have a large amount of vehicles on the road daily.

We have 50+ vehicles on the road every day of the week to service customers quicker. When the storms hit southern California our office gets flooded with calls but since we are a large company, we are able to handle the high volume of customers in need of our services. It's important to us that we service our customers in a timely manner and with the amount of vehicles and employees we have, it's made possible. Floods always happen at an unpredictable time such as when heavy rains hit and you find a leak in your roofing. Our team knows how important quick service, we are faster to any size disaster. As our business grows, so does our number of employees and size of our fleet. We started as SERVPRO of N. Vista/ San Marco in 2003 and have continued to grow ever since. Our most recent franchise is this one, SERVPRO of NE San Diego County. We are dedicated to giving our customers top notch service with every job we handle. Our team gathers around for weekly and daily meetings to ensure we are always on the same page. Communication is something that we have mastered together and it only keeps getting better. We have a solid system put together from the moment a customer calls our office to guarantee every person is taken care of in the same manner.
